We are committed to providing a transparent and secure purchasing experience.

Baked Shakespeare memberships are purchased in advance for our 2027 season and provide the benefits outlined on this website.

If Baked Shakespeare is unable to proceed with the 2027 season and is therefore unable to deliver the advertised membership benefits, members will be entitled to a full refund of the membership fee paid.

This commitment forms part of our Refund Policy and is designed to ensure that customers can purchase with confidence.

If an event is postponed rather than cancelled, members will be offered the opportunity to transfer their membership benefits to the rescheduled season or request a refund in accordance with our Refund Policy.

1. Memberships

Memberships are sold in advance and grant the benefits described on the Baked Shakespeare website at the time of purchase. Benefits are tied to the 2027 season unless otherwise stated on the tier (e.g. lifetime benefits).

2. Cancellation of the Season

In the unlikely event that the 2027 season is cancelled and the advertised benefits cannot be delivered, members are entitled to a full refund of the membership fee paid.

3. Postponement

If a scheduled event or season is postponed, members may elect to (a) transfer their membership benefits to the rescheduled dates, or (b) request a refund of the membership fee paid.

4. How to Request a Refund

Refund requests should be sent to jakemaisel2@outlook.com with the name and email address used at purchase, and the payment reference provided by PayFast. Refunds are processed back to the original payment method.

5. Change of Mind

Because memberships fund the production of the 2027 season, general change-of-mind refunds are not guaranteed. We will always try to accommodate reasonable requests — please get in touch.
