These terms govern your use of the Baked Shakespeare website and the purchase of memberships and related services offered on it.
Membership benefits are described on each tier at the time of purchase. Benefits are non-transferable unless we explicitly say otherwise, and are subject to availability and reasonable operational limits.
Payments are processed by PayFast. By purchasing a membership you agree to PayFast's terms in addition to ours. All prices are in South African Rand (ZAR).
Refunds are handled per our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
Members and ticket holders agree to follow venue rules and applicable laws while attending Baked Shakespeare productions. We reserve the right to refuse entry or remove attendees who compromise the safety of the show or audience.
